Metropolis University

Metropolis University is situated on Metropolis Drive Hung Hom, Kowloon - facing Wan Chai directly across the Hong Kong Harbour. Metropolis University is the only Executive University in Hong Kong. Integrated with the University campus is a world class hotel, shopping plaza, apartment block and office towers. The entire Metropolis Harbour Plaza Complex resembles a city more than a university. Therefore Metropolis University is able to facilitate international and local executives wishing to reside on campus or nearby during intensive training and education programs. Additionally commercial enterprises can avail of both the hotel accommodation and apartment tower for business visitors.

Metropolis University (also abbreviated as Met U) is a finance specialized university. Among other things, it has a law school and a strong teacher education training program. It also has programs in journalism, commerce, technology, and biochemistry. Met U has a strong finance school encompassing an Investment Banking program. For more information you should view the official website for Metropolis University.

Metropolis University has an illustrious history owing to the comic book Superman Adventures set in the city of Metropolis. It might be amusing to research the history of the original Metropolis University and its students - who hopefully do not resemble those at the real Metropolis University. The following is a brief summary of the prior Metropolis University's students:

Students
¦Chloe Sullivan majored in journalism at Met U. She had also taken botany and biochemistry classes.
¦Lana Lang attended Metropolis University for a year, where she indulged her growing obsession with astronomy. She chose Met U over CKU specifically because CKU didn't have the classes she wanted in astronomy.
¦Lois Lane also attended Metropolis University for a year.
¦Lance and Ally were medical students who created the Limbo drug,
Geoff Johns and Coop were football players who attended.
¦Kyle Waterston was a freshman student at Met U

Alumni
¦Jonathan Kent and Martha Clark met while taking a finance class at Metropolis University. Martha asked Jonathan for some notes, even though she was the note-taker for the class. When Martha asked how he knew she would return them, Jonathan told her, "I prefer to believe in people."  Jonathan Kent turned down a full football scholarship to Metropolis University.  After his father's death, he went to Met U.
¦Jason Teague attended Metropolis University, and set a pass record while playing for the football team but tore his rotator cuff, ending his future in football. He later transferred to Central Kansas A&M.

Tri-Psi
Tri-Psi is a sorority at Metropolis University. It was run by Buffy Sanders who after becoming president is credited with making the Tri-Psi  the most exclusive sorority on campus, only recruiting one girl every year. Lana Lang was a sister of Tri-Psi until the sorority was shut down.
